Bug Description
Package: timer-applet
Version: 2.1.2
Running: Ubuntu 9.10
The timer had finished counting down and I had issued a killall gnome-panel command while it was flashing on the panel. When the panel restarted the timer was reset, but still gives me pop-ups that the timer had finished x minutes ago.

I cannot reproduce this error on Ubuntu 10.04, killing gnome-panel 3 times, after timer has finished and panel icon was blinking. Would be nice to attach some logs like: ~/.xsession-errors to this bug.

At a minimum, we need:
1. the specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the problem,
2. the behavior you expected, and
3. the behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible).
Thanks!
