Bug Description

Hi,
first of all thank you for this great idea, although i don´t get it to work as expected.

Using the latest Linux Mint 64bit release and latest timekpr version installed by:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mjasnik/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install timekpr

everything seems to be set up correct. The Main window appears, i can give each user registered as Standard within the system an timelimit (using individual usage-time and logintime per day). I save the settings and it starts working , counts down usagetime etc., all fine, BUT

on both systems (linuxmint-18.3-cinnamon-64bit-de-20171126.iso/Ubuntu 16.04 installed on a physical machine) , after the Standard/Default User has used all his time, there is a message in the loginscreen that the user password is incorrect.

When i login with root , reset the time of that user with the "Clear all restrictions" button, and try to login with that user again i get the same message that the password is inccorect.

Login in with root again, and trying to su that user it says that there is no passwd set for that user.
Both messages are incorrect because when i uninstall timekpr i can login with the user/password combination as if never anything happened.

So timekpr seems to "freeze" the user-password within the system, but after the timelimit of that user is used up it does not "unfreeze" the password when using the "Clear all restrictions"-Button

This is a total show killer and makes this great idea unuseable.

I have repeated the error in a VM using the same linux mint image as above and attached the log files you request.

Hello
I have the exact same issue. That package used to work fine last year, I actually use it for self control purposes so as I am the only user on my desktop I apply it to my own profile. The problem I know have is that as of today i am unable to log back in. Is their a work around for me to get back control of my machine. I am on a critical deadline for a job interview, I have to deliver a case study and really need access back asap to finish this job. I would be very grateful if you could get back to me. I can open a terminal window, but I am still unable to log back in.
Thanks again for your help
