Bug Description

The "manager"/"timeclock" account is hard-coded and cannot be removed. Also, one cannot log in to this account from timeclock, but only from the zope login screen.

This can be worked around by editing an XML file after the TimeClock application is created in the Zope instance. The issue is that the TimeClock application should be created automatically.
