Bug Description
Steps to recreate:
1. Press whatever key used to drop it down (I use tilda)
2. Press F111 to fullscreen it
3. Press key used to drop/hide it (tilda again in my case)
4. Repeat
Expected result: Tilda reappers in the normal nonfullscreen size.
Actual result: Tilda is always in fullscreen. Pressing F11 will make my gnome top bar reappear, but Tilda is still covering everything else.
Workaround: quiting Tilda and restarting it, but that cuts into workflow.
