Bug Description
This bug was reported by Greg Wilson. When a user clicks on the blog title link, they are directed to the login page. This is because the link sends a user to a form for adding a comment, which requires authentication. A new blog 'view; page should be created either with a control to send authenticated user to add comment page, or non-authenticated users to view comments.
