Right now we also (in my opinion) botch up replying in Newsgroups as well.
Currently, there is no straightforward way to reply only to the poster of a
message (you have to hit Reply All, then delete the newsgroup). The Reply button
should always reply *only* to the original sender, whether in mail or news. This
proposed Reply List button should also act as a Reply Group button for
Newsgroups (in the way that Reply currently works). Reply All of course would
remain unchanged.

This goes for Thunderbird as well of course.
