firefox scroll bar small

The tab that supposed to come up while hovering on the scroll bar doesn't show up. Only a little shade line is visable. It still works but is annoying and not very user friendly.

Seems to be Mozilla products, thunderbird has the same issue as well.

Removed elementary OS and egtk since this bug only affects Mozilla (XUL) apps not native gtk apps
