D-lines are handled improperly

Bug Description
The program should allow setting up two end-D-lines (the ones that show up as bolded lines) and an infinite amount of connecting D-lines (that show up as regular lines and go between two non-adjacent points). However, the ported program does not allow to set up even one connecting D-line when even a single end-D-line is present in the form. In addition, setting up D-lines can cause instability under certain circumstances.
This bug is not present in the Windows version.

Oddly enough, the program does allow adding a single connecting D-line after the end D-lines are set, provided the form is unfilled. The program also allows setting all of the connecting D-lines if none of the end D-lines are set. And it also deletes all the filled connecting D-lines when you (re)set an end D-line. Obviously, none of this happens on the Windows version.
