Bug Description
All the Thred code should be made to use human-readable variable and function names, have more reasonable formatting, and have documentation (probably Doxygen-based). The functions in thred.c and form.c should be grouped and split into several smaller files. Ideally they should not be larger than 4000 lines, and should be separated into frontend and backend files.
