Bug Description
Over the short lifetime of the thonny snap there have been several problems relating to the snap unable to connect with Raspberry Pi Pico, recently a cooperative complainer confirmed this issue is resolved after doing the following things.
```
sudo snap connect thonny:raw-usb :raw-usb
```
This boils down to the fact that the snap needs access in particular to raw-usb interface to be able to to use the said device/application.
