Bug Description

After https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2030328 we dont have arm64 builds it will be good if the snap packages for arm64 is provided, the road-block is that upstream only provides amd64 tarballs if the upstream starts providing arm64 tarballs this can be done.

This will help mitigate the earlier loss to arm64 users and will provide a wider reach to thonny and in turn thonny snap.
