Thonny print feature wont work with Snapped Browsers

Thonny's print feature wont work with firefox snap and most probably other snap browsers.
Producing the following error in the browser itself.

The file at /home/xyz/snap/thonny/141/temp/thonny_re6cq3yf.html is not readable.
It may have been removed, moved, or file permissions may be preventing access.
```

The browser is opened but the above error is produced.

This is most likely due to the fact that snaps cant access files from other snap's data directories and as such firefox or any other browser snap wont be able to access the thonny snap's files and data within its folders, the fix may be to store the temp file outside the snaps's folders somewhere in home which is accessible to snap apps.

Cant be fixed on my side since its a snap security/sand-box feature and will have to be looked by upstream.

Lets keep this triaged only, for now we can try by modifying TMPDIR.
