Bug Description
Currently in thonny 4x releases being built atop bionic, xclip is getting installed to '/bin' instead of 'usr/bin' although not a problem that has some negative effects as of now, but still it would be better if its installed at 'usr/bin' instead of '/bin' given its not the standard path or installation location for xclip.
