not obvious where to click to create a first test following new application dialog

Bug Description

A newbie starts texttest and completes the new application dialog. They fill in that ok, then texttest proper starts. It has created a config file and a root test suite. The newbie knows they want to create a test, but don't know where to click to do so. There are no menu items for "new test" because no test suite is selected. It would be helpful to automatically have the root test suite selected, so that the "new test" menu item is available straight away. Or, bring up the "new test" dialog straight away following the "new application" dialog. It has a cancel button, so you can get rid of it if you don't want to create a new test straight away.

The idea is to make it easier for a newbie to get started.

Root suite is automatically selected now, meaning "Add test" will be enabled.
