when default editor is not available, hard to change from within texttest

If you start texttest for the first time on a new machine, and set up a new application, it will create a config file for you. If you don't have notepad or emacs installed, you can't edit the config file from within texttest to change the view_program setting. It would be really useful to have some way from within texttest to change the view program at least. For example, when right clicking on the config file, one of the menu options could be to "edit with..." that let you select another program.
