add test name to preview window

feature request :-)

When a test fails, in the 'preview' window it says something like:

Test FAILED on <machinename> :
---------- Differences in stderr ----------
0a1,3
> Error: Unknown argument 'shutdown'

This is quite a good summary, which you might like to email to someone. It would be convenient if it also said which test had failed, like this:

Test 'app.somesuite.testname' FAILED on <machinename> :
---------- Differences in stderr ----------
0a1,3
> Error: Unknown argument 'shutdown'

then you could just copy and paste it into a mail or chat window
