Bug Description

This is a usability issue more than a bug. Some new users are trying to add a new file that texttest should link into the sandbox. What they did was:

- In an existing test case, right click on "Definition files" or "Data files" and select "Create/Import"
- write in by hand the name of the new file, and import the content from an existing file
- click ok
- then be very confused why the new file didn't appear in the list of Data or Definition files

So what I would like to happen instead is that the new file does appear in the list, but is highlighted in red or in some way indicates there is a problem, and in some way you can get a message that says "this file is present in teh test definition but will not be copied or linked into the sandbox when the test runs. Please add an entry for it in your config file, such as 'link_test_path:filename.txt"

Even better would be if there was some way for it to ask "would you like to link or copy this file into your sandbox?" and depending on the answer, add the appropriate entry to the config file.

I've now added a confirmation dialog when such a file is requested, allowing the user to abort if desired and highlighting that it may not appear in the GUI or be used. Can be collected from the source, or by getting the pre-release (--pre flag to pip).
