Bug Description

It looks like testtools has a name collision with another Python library, registered in PyPI:

http://pypi.python.org/pypi/testtools/0.7.8

Based on the project homepage ( http://testtools.python-hosting.com/ ), though, it looks to be defunct; perhaps the Launchpad testtools can claim the PyPI "testtools" name?

I've contacted Kumar twice now and received in-principle agreement but
no action. I'll contact him again.

We have the OK to use the name on pyPI for 0.9 and up.
