Bug Description

It seems it'd be useful to make extract_result() public. It's essentially equivalent to Twisted's TestCase.successResultOf, and handy in many common tests.

Or please point me how to best achieve the same without introducing custom matchers based on testttools.twistedsupport.succeeded().
