Bug Description

<http://pypi.python.org/pypi/testtools/0.9.16> still says:

testtools supports Python versions all the way back to Python 2.4. The next release of testtools will change that to support versions that are maintained by the Python community instead, to allow the use of modern language features within testtools.

Even though 0.9.16 *was* the "next release" in question.

Also, the launchpad overview page should be updated to say that 0.9.15 was the last version to support Python 2.4 and 2.5.

Thanks!

I've fixed the PyPI page and have a branch up that updates the in-tree docs.

The pypi page isn't fixed, because each release replaces the content (see bug 1068685). The Launchpad page I've added a note to. I'm going to close this bug (because the other bug covers the docs and the LP update is done).

Changed in testtools:
status: In Progress → Fix Released
milestone: none → next
