OptimisingTestSuite easy to misspell

The OED spells it as "optimizing", and "optimizing" is the only acceptable spelling in the US. Spelling it as "optimising" forces a pause whenever writing the word out and adds another API quirk for those of us who are used to working with libraries that use US spelling.

I'm fine with adding an alias with a z.

I don't find 'but the US spells things differently' to be a compelling
argument for situations like this. We're not American.

I don't think I've spelt it in years though, ctrl-n being what it is.

Oh, and I'm ok with changing it to be z by default with the docs saying
z, and an alias of s.

I'm not ok with breaking a lot of folks code over a spelling
disagreement though.
