Bug Description
This is confusing for people:
:!./testr help testcommand
Unexpected arguments: ['testcommand']
It is a regression from the command argument handling layer, where the terminal optional argument not being handled is reported as an unexpected argument, but the unparsable error from the argument parser is more relevant.
