"Quake" mode does not grab focus

Quake mode or assigned shortcut to "toggle window visibility" seems to behave strange.
For example: I press shortcut to hide terminator, then work somewhere else and press shortcut to reveal Terminator - Terminator shows itself but without grabbing focus, so I have to take my mouse and click Terminator window for it to take focus ;)

I've tested all "Mouse focus" modes options and sometimes when this option is set to "Gnome" Terminator grabs focus thou sometimes not and it's not clear to me what is the trigger

In short I think it would be nice "toggle visibility" action to take focus when unhiding
