Bug Description
When terminator loses focus, the active terminal's titlebar should change colour. I would be happy with any one of:
* To the standard inactive colour set
* To 50% values of what it currently is (ie 200,0,3 -> 100,0,1)
* To the values specificially set by new config variables

Trunk revision 1056 introduces a behaviour where a window losing focus will set all the titlebars within to the standard inactive colour.
