Bug Description

It would be a nice feature, if Terminator would be able to open new terminals in an existing Terminator window, e.g. with nautilus-open-terminal and Terminator set as standard terminal-emulator in Gnome's prefered applications settings.

Thanks

A singleton/server mode would indeed be useful, although I do not yet know how it would work or be implemented.

This would be a very nice feature. could this be achieved with the dbus server option within terminator prefs? I don't know what that does, and couldn't find a description anywhere, but bug #773835 definitely sounds like it could be useful for this bug.

This was actually released in 0.97 with the --new-tab option. Closing bug.
