Plugin not loading and no errors are output

I downloaded DumpToFile and it's showing up in my plugins list, but when it's activated and terminator is restarted, there is no DumpToFile menu option.

Also... I'm working on trying to migrate from mrxvt and there's a critical feature I need in order to make terminator my main terminal.

I have a hotkey (ctrl-shift-/) that opens up a new tab with my current scrollback buffer in an editor, so I would like to use DumpToFile as a basis for this.

There's no errors or anything from DumpToFile (dump_to_file.py) and there's no information about why the menu item is not showing.
