next_tab and prev_tab don't work when zoomed in

Bug Description
When zoomed in with Ctrl+Shift+X or Ctrl+Shift+Z the next_tab and prev_tab keybindings (Ctrl+PageUp, Ctrl+PageDown) have no effect.
Ok, so maybe that's because the tabs are hidden. But that's lame because there's no way to zoom without hiding tabs.
