Bug Description

It would be nice if Terminator could display in fullscreen state.
There's a simple implementation of this at https://code.launchpad.net/~blackskad/terminator/fullscreen-terminator It includes a command line parameter and a key combination (ctrl-shift-f) to toggle the fullscreen state.

Thanks very much for the patch, nice work. Committed and will be in 0.7.
I also much prefer the maximisation handling to what I had previously.
