Bug Description
Don't work setting `handle_size`.
After update on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, Terminator don't to initialize the setting, although the file `~ /.config/

Yeah, A number of things to do with theming of panes are misbehaving in the new 18.04 release. I think (yet again) changes by the gnome devs are changing how things work, leaving everyone to figure out what, how, why, oh why, oh why?
Which GTK theme are you using? If it is default Ubuntu theme, then it is Ambiance.
