Bug Description
using Kali Linux (Debian) after enabling the option in preferences to 'putty_paste_style = True' there is no possible way to get back to the Terminator preferences manager window the only way to get the context menu back is by editing the prefernces manually with leafpad @ ~/.config/

Confirmed. A couple of ideas:
- Terminator could have an appmenu with a few standard entries including Preferences
- Right-click with Shift or Ctrl modifier could bring up the context menu
- Right-click on the red title bar could bring it up
- There could be an entry in the popup menu of the upper left corner of panes, the one with the red-blue-white logo
- There could be a "terminator --preferences" cmdline option
