Bug Description
This afternoon my terminator begun to behave strange: when I hit ctrl+a it disappear and when I hit again it may show up.
I use Bunsenlabs (Compton + Openbox + Tint2) on Sid (Debian Unstable) channels. At first I though it was some windows manager bug, because even if you are in any other app, like a text editor, the ctrl+a doesn't work and then all open terminals in any virtual desktop disappears or shows up. I tried to trace the bug on Tint2 or windows composer, but I figure out that when there is no terminator windows open, the ctrl+a works as expected in all places. If I open just a terminator window, this problem happens even when you are on different desktop (workspace) and application.
```
$ terminator --version
$ apt show terminator
```
I am also experiencing this issue. I would class it as high priority.

Description: multiple GNOME terminals in one window
Terminator is a little project to produce an efficient way of
filling a large area of screen space with terminals.
.
The user can have multiple terminals in one window and use
key bindings to switch between them. See the manpage for
details.
