Bug Description
I have the scrollbar disabled on every profile in Terminator. When I make new Terminator instances, this is respected. However, when I make a new pane in terminator, the scrollbar is enabled on the pane that spawned it, as well as all panes touching said pane.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Terminator with scrollbar disabled in settings
2. Create new horizontal or vertical pane
