scrollbar issue when splitting screen

Bug Description
This happens since the last update of terminator:
1) Hide/disable scroll bars on all terminals
2) Split a terminal either vertically or horizontally
3) Scroll bars re-appear on all open terminals
Even if hiding all the scroll bars again, upon splitting another terminal they will all appear again.
At the moment I am using Terminator V1.0 on Arch Linux with Openbox.

I see from your debug that you are using the gtk2 version (1.0 probably). Please instead upgrade to 1.90 the gtk3 branch. Most, if not all, activity is going on there, and this issue is fixed in the head of that dev branch. It's not in a release yet, but if you can't wait for the official release, there's also the nightly PPA. I try very hard not to break it :-)
