Multiple Tabs Dont Trigger Layout

Bug Description
While I can see that split-screens can be very useful, my standard 'MO' is to setup one window with an arbitrary number of tabs open, some of which automatically login to specific servers, others just available to be used if needed. However, I was unable to get Terminator to create a Layout without splitting at least one screen. Thats a reasonable work-around. But it seems Terminator should consider an array of top-level tabs a 'Layout'.

No indication of which version you are using. Cannot reproduce with the latest gtk3 version. For me I can save a tabbed only layout, and reload it. Please provide further info.
