Bug Description
When a new window, tab or split appears, the cursor color does not match the color specified in the profile. If I right-click in the window, the floating menu appears and _immediately_ the cursor suddenly matches the color specified in the profile.
Using Fedora 23 with Gnome 3, Terminator 0.98.
Steps to reproduce:
Change the color of the cursor in the default profile setting, and exit the preferences.
Split the current panel.
Observe the cursor color, it is likely the same as the foreground color.
Right-click in the window to reveal the terminator menu.
Observe that the cursor color has changed to match the color specified in the profile.
My config below, and -d output attached. The debug log output reflects starting terminator, right-clicking the window, then exiting.

This works for me in the latest version. If you still have issues with the latest (1.90 or newer) post back and we can look into it.
