With d-bus enabled, new instances ignore working directory

Bug Description
When I enable d-bus, new instances of terminator always come up with the working directory of the initial instance, rather than the one they were launched in.
This is apparant for example with the Cinnamon file manager, Nemo: Once d-bus is enabled in terminator, when I tell Nemo to open a new terminal for a specific directory, that doesn't work properly. The terminal comes up, but in the wrong directory.
I would really like to have d-bus enabled so that I can always keep all my terminals in a single window (using --new-tab). Currently, I have the choice between having lots of terminal windows floating around (rather than them being nicely grouped in a single window), and losing the "Open in Terminal" functionality of the file manager.
This is with terminator 0.97 on Debian testing.
