Bug Description

running fedora22. After updating today keyboard shortcuts are broken with icelandic keyboard layout. Still works fine with en-us layout and with icelandic layout in other emulators.
f.e. alt-arrow keys types out A,B,C or D depending on which arrow key is pressed instead of moving between tiles.

You seem to have missed a number of items of info (like what you have updated to) which mean I have to guess at the cause of your problem.

In this case it seems very similar to the issue raised and resolved in https://bugs.launchpad.net/terminator/+bug/1494606 which was fixed post 0.98 in rev 1647. Can you try trunk/nightlies and see if that fixes the issue with your shortcuts. If you don't already have it installed, you may need to manually install python-psutil as we now use that to detect if IBus is running. My guess is you are not running IBus, and similarly to the other bug, the workaround for IBus that was indiscriminately applied is causing the problem.

Have the same problem. Shift+Ctrl+C and Shift+Ctrl+V simply prints ^C and ^V respectively when using ru_RU keyboard. Don't have this problem with en_US.
Ctrl+PageUP/Down works for both keyboars.

May be the problem seems minor, but any user, who use not only en_US layout suffer every day, almost all key bindings are no registered in local languages layouts. Please fix this.

Actually it seems that shortcuts don't work properly if the keyboard layout is not the default one - it is not a specific layout problem or the problem of changing the layout (I tried this out on multiple computers)
