Bug Description

Open a window, and either go into a deep enough directory that the text in the titlebar extends beyond the right edge
Do something that will trigger the terminal bell/alert (Backspace on an empty line usually works)
Actual result:
The light-bulb alert icon is not visible.
Expected result:
    The light-bulb should be visible.

Additional info:
    Ubuntu 14.04

Have a fix for this. An earlier gtk3 fix for enabling a window to shrink to less than the titlebar width was a bit overzealous. It put all titlebar widgets in a viewport to fix a visual jitter when shrinking. It only needed to put the label widget in the view port.
