No scrollbar in preferences->profiles[profile subwindow] window

Bug Description

System: Running terminator 0.97 on kubuntu 14.04 LTS.
Problem: In Preferences->Profiles, the profiles window does not have a scrollbar. If the list of profiles is too long, the whole preferences window overshoots the screen. The bottom half vanishes from the view.
