Terminator needs Ctrl-Click on Macintosh

Bug Description
I'm running Terminator via MacPorts on my Macintosh. On a Mac, the right mouse button is frequently not (easily) available to pull down the context menu (eg, to set Preferences). There are a million ways around this on a Mac. But one easy thing Terminator could do is just make Ctrl-LeftClick open up the context menu, the same as the right-click.
