"Close group ____" with complicated layouts sometimes leaves some members

Steps:
1. Ctrl+Shift + [e, o, e] will give 1 large terminal on left (#1), 1 medium terminal on upper right (#2), and two small terminals in lower right (#3, #4).
2. Make the large and two small terminals part of the same group.
3. Use the menu in the large pane to "Close group ____"

Expected:
The upper right terminal (#2) is the only remaining terminal.

Actual:
The upper right terminal (#2) covers the upper half of the window.
The lower right terminal (#4) covers the lower half of the window.

Silly oversight of deleting from the list being iterated over. Fixed in trunk rev. 1428
