Bug Description
With a single tab open, horizontal and vertical splits (both via menu and keyboard shortcuts) occur centralised to the current split.
With 2 or more tabs open, the first horizontal or vertical split occurs significantly off centre, but all subsequent splits are central. The ratio for splits seems to be variable, e.g. (I have 2 monitors; 1 is rotated 90 degrees) 44:16 (top to bottom) on typical monitor orientation and 101:19 on rotated 90 monitor for horizontal split; and 148:56 and 81:48 (rotated) for vertical split.
Terminator version reports as 0.97 - I didn't ever see this before updating to this version.
Running on Fedora 17, installed via yum.

I'm also seeing this issue after upgrading from 0.96 to 0.97 on Fedora 18
