Bug Description
When saving the actual layout, the grouping of terminals settings are not saved.
Also wenn changing an existing layout and saving again the custom command is not defined in the new layout.

I do think that saving the grouping would be nice. The custom command thing sounds like it ideally ought to be a separate bug report from this (wish list) bug.
