Bug Description
The rotation work has done something odd meaning that splitters cannot be dragged. They always remain at starting position, and cause lots of flickering in the terminal. (Using shortcuts added in this revision is OK)

I should add that I'm working on a fix. I have the drag working, but my fix breaks something in the rotation feature. The rotate still works, but it loses the terminal proportions after the rotate, with everything going back to equally divided. Just needs some debugging :-)
