Cannot run zodiac tests in openstack-integration-tests branch

Bug Description

I am unable to run the Zodiac (storm) tests in the openstack-integration-tests branch. It seems etc/storm.conf on which storm/config.py depends is not present, or the etc/config.ini is not updated after zodiac merge.
Currently only the Kong tests can run with the existing configuration.

There was an issue with the original commit of the Zodiac/Storm tests where several key files were not committed. My merge prop was just approved, so pull a fresh branch and you should be okay.
