tempest.scenario.test_server_multinode.TestServerMultinode.test_schedule_to_all_nodes can fail on clouds with ironic installed with Kolla-Ansible

Bug Description

When the OpenStack cloud is installed using Kolla-Ansible and ironic is enabled, there will be additional "hypervisors" with ironic service installed besides real nova hypervisors. If this ironic hypervisors will be selected to start vm on it during test tempest.scenario.test_server_multinode.TestServerMultinode.test_schedule_to_all_nodes execution. VM will be in error with "No valid host was found. There are not enough hosts available". It happens because we are trying to create VM on ironic nodes, not on real hypervisor.

There is a merged fix addressed same problem:
