Volume leaks in ServersTestBootFromVolume

The next two tests don't clean all volumes:

Related to Image-Volume cache which is enabled in the defaut devstack configuration

It's worth mentioning that lots volumes should remain in OpenStack gates if it's enabled.
For instance CINDER_IMG_CACHE_ENABLED=False is missing in
http://logs.openstack.org/05/671505/1/check/neutron-functional/6b7c77e/controller/logs/local_conf.txt.gz

About tempest, the volume created is well removed after testing. This bug can be safely closed.

None of the tests [1][2] creates any resources. The servers are created in the resource_setup method [3] by calling create_test_server method which add the newly created servers to a cleanup queue [4]

Based on that and the previous comment, I'm marking the bug as Invalid.
