Bug Description

Some object storage tests assume swift is on the / (cause they use skip_path filter) and fail if it is deployed on a subdir.

See:

I believed this has got fixed already as skip_path has been dropped by this patch https://review.opendev.org/#/c/692375/ which allows usage of custom registered endpoints.
