Bug Description

Services Client interface for Generic Volume Group needs to support update-group to allow the user to add/remove existing volumes from a group.
Implementing update would complete the CRUD interface for Group. It would also allow to enhance the existing tempest test cases for Group and would help others as well who have implemented tempest plugin and would like to add update-group to their test scenario.
