Bug Description

http://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack/tempest/tree/tempest/common/credentials_factory.py#n225

auth.get_credentials is invoked but SSL settings from CONF are not passed.
In case SSL is enabled on the service side and disable_ssl_certificate_validation is set in tempest config because ca_cert is not available, then acquiring the credentials will fail is fill_in is set to True:

Moving to Incomplete as there has been no activity for more than 2 years already and due to tons of changes which have been merged since then. Can you still reproduce the issue on the current master branch? If so, feel free to reopen the issue with the current issue description. Thanks
